Pep's never won it and will be hoping it is his only foray into it so hopefully he can add it to his CV and City's honours list.
If we end up in Europa I'm off down the bookies that Leicester,Spurs, arse and the rags don't get out the Group stage
Can we play those games at the Academy? Full houses then.Imagine the crowd at the Etihad if we drew TNS(again) in the first round of the EL.
We'd be lucky to get 10,000.
No one gives a damn? Are you sure? Have you not seem the coverage the mightily Liverpool have had. It's on a par with the world cup don't you know
Never going to happen. Our owners would want us to win it.We should play the kids in the carling cup and fa cup though. Never understood why we played full teams in every comp.
But if you win you get into the Champions League - so that gives us two chances.Yea I am sure, regardless of what newspapers are doing to try and stay in business. Admittedly it's one step up from The League Cup but even so it's not a major competition.
What Europa League? West Ham stuff the shite on Tuesday, we win at Swansea and CL qualification here we come
Ok then, I'm on board - I'm going to put my faith in this squad (manager included) and trust we'll do what we have to, and hope that we get favours from elsewhere.
Last chance for them to repay my (and alot of other's) faith.
Come on City, let's do this.
I will watch it with passion if we play the kids only.
Hopefully Pep will give them a chance to play Carling Cup & Europa League next season.
The swans are in a rich vein of form and we, well are not. We certainly not guaranteed to win even thereWhat Europa League? West Ham stuff the shite on Tuesday, we win at Swansea and CL qualification here we come
Indeed. Of course West Ham may get a result and we may beat Swansea but once it is out of our hands and with so few matches left for things to swing back our way, I find it impossible to show the optimism/confidence that some are still showing this morning that we will still finish in the top 4. Knocks me sick to think that there is every chance united and Liverpool will be in the Champions League next season and we have blown it so badly. They can't now. It should be come on West Ham. They are our only hope.
