On reflection I`ve changed my mind,to one of the Eastern Bloc countries.Thats narrowed it down a bit. ;)
Is Alishev Usmanov the biggest shareholder at Arsenal yet? If so, it's them. More likely to be someone like one of the Romanian or Bulgarian teams, but the reality is that I'm sure most clubs are owned by criminals of one kind or another.
