European elections results

Nothing in reality has changed. Brexit is either May’s deal or No deal. The EU haven’t budged an inch on that and all 27 countries are standing firm.

The numbers in Parliament haven’t changed either and it looks impossible for May’s deal to gain any traction. As the Conservatives will want to avoid an election at all costs, their lesser of two evils will be to agree to a 2nd referendum, which will extend the leave date until this has taken place.

The Tories will be carved apart if they ever propose a 2nd referendum.

Delivering Brexit is the only reason why people voted them into power in the first place.

If the EU won't play ball then the only thing to consider is how we leave and not whether we leave.

The main reason they won the 2017 election was that the alternative was Corbyn.

One or two leavers had a shit in your back garden?
And you still support them?
Could have, if you think that.
We've seen some frantic gymnastics recently, but now the absolute pearler is that those who voted Brexit want to remain.
Feel free to tell us Farage is secretly Anna Soubry in drag.

Yes, appease the leavers in her party who would throw an absolute wobbly at any deal that didn't bring an end to freedom of movement. There are plenty of deals that meet the definition of leave (including the one she negotiated) which leavers are now rejecting. Unfortunately the ballot paper didn't define what leaving actually looked like hence parliament not having a fucking clue how bad they have to let things get to satisfy the requirements of the leave voters because they don't know what they actually are.
The ballot paper didn't tell us what remain looked like.

it didn't need to - as we haven't left yet Remain looked like what you can see when you look out of your window now............politically, legally this is still Remain. Thats why it was a tough sell - much easier to promise sunny uplands, unicorns for all and ...ahem Boris....£350m NOT being sent every week to the EU but all spent on the NHS instead.

I haven't said that, have I?
This gets better, now with that statement you've just realised that adding up the losers, doesn't mean you've beaten the winners.

Lovely.

Tough sell?
With the US President on your side, the Prime Minister on your side, the CBI on your side, the combined Commons, and the Unions
and Bob Geldof rooting, who the fuck did you use as salesmen?
