European Playoff Games | Final Round | 19/20/21/26/27/28 Aug '25

Palace v Fredrikstad on Channel 5 tonight.

Bit of pressure on them to be honest, first ever European game, 2 star players halfway out of the door and then the added tension with UEFA.
Could end up with a scenario where they spent all summer complaining about which European competition they're in and then they get knocked out in the qualifiers.

I expect they'll win tonight but won't be as easy as expected, return leg is on an artificial pitch too which is never great for teams not used to it.
 
Shelbourne vs Linfield in the qualifying round for the Conference League this evening. Could be an interesting evening for the Gardai (Irish police)!

My favourite away night following Rangers was in Liverpool v Shelbourne. Had a great night with the Irish lads and a friendly sing song until about 5-30am. Funnily enough the press never reported how well those two sets of supporters mixed and enjoyed the occasion. A minor scuffle in a bar with a table over turned was far more newsworthy

Weirdly enough they met a few weeks ago in the Champions League qualifying, Shelbourne went through. Now they're both in Conference League qualifying.
