Euros winner and top scorer

Dzagoev to come from nowhere and be player of the tournament, bit like Ozil did in the World Cup. Cracking player and I fancy the Russians to do well
 
Germany, lewandowski top scorer (poland to surprise a few and make the semi finals)
 
Why are so many blues selecting England as potential winners? We won't even qualify from our group. It has to be Spain as winners. No idea who will score most goals.
