Ever boo'd a city player?

never boo'd a player myself but unfortunately over the years there have been a fair few that have been given the treatment by the fans, Holden, Kernaghan, Summerbee, Edghill to name but a few......personally I will never understand the mentality of people who think that being boo'd will actually encourage a player!

There was guy used to boo paul power so often it was unbeleivable just the whole 90 mins the Maine stand was where all the booing came from and all the indifference
 
Yes i booed samaras at wigan away in 2007, it was gettin to the point it was reaching breaking point and everyone had enough of him, he was on the floor 24/7 and was just basically running about like he couldn't care, he got booed off about 80% of the city fans there that day.
 
Never ever boo'd a City player while he was still a City player.
Totally counter productive, when they leave the Club and return to play against us if things went sour fair enough but never ever boo your own players.
Chelsea, Arsenal, Dippers all seem to be quick to boo their team these days when things don't go to plan.
Shit attitude to have.
 
Funny how everyone comes out all high and mighty and say they have never boo'ed.

Guessing none of these people were at Preston away in the cup (dabo), Blackburn away in thecup (the whole team and pearce), Wigan away (samaras).

Guessing none of these people remeber the delights of Charvet, Bradbury, Brannen, et al
 
I for one am not trying to be high and mighty, just saying I don't boo our players while they play for us.
IMO it is counter productive, but everyone has their own say and opinion and the right to voice that if they so wish.
 
I've never booed a City player, or the team, but I lost it a few years ago with Steve McMinimum. I stood up and yelled 'McManaman, why don't you just fuck off' at the top of my voice.

After I sat down I was ashamed of myself. It is the only time I have ever acted like that against a city player.
