Ever had to stand/sit in opposing fans' area?

Leeds 2 - City 2 1975

With two Leeds fans. Stood in their rough end , I didn't cheer our goals! Leeds fans were nasty bastards then.Alan Oakes got the second.

City 1 - Leeds 1. 2003

Mate, Leeds fan, had a spare ticket. Him and his Leeds mates were on their Xmas do and got pissed from one o 'clock in town, I met them at five after work. I was to sit with a lad I met that day. Got into the ground and he went to the loo and that's the last time I saw him, he was chucked out because he was so drunk! Sat on my own in the Leeds end, pretty uncomfortable.

I've always hated Leeds and hate their chants more.

The swamp when Law scored to send them down, the swamp when we lost 2-1 in the early/mid 90s.
The Kop at Klanfield when we won 3-1 on Boxing Day, the Kemlyn Road at Klanfield when we lost 5-2 the following season.
Saw us win a couple of times from the top tier of the big bugger stand at Goodison.
And one or two others.

I always preferred to stand up where possible, but for some reason we made a late decision to go in the Kemlyn Road seats for that 5-2 game. It wasn't unusual to have a cash turnstile in those days. I believe it turned out to be a very wise decision, as reports afterwards indicated that there was a load of bother outside at the end. We walked back to the car, which was behind the Kop and saw nothing. No mither.

I was in the Shed end when Jim Tolmie curled in the winner at Stamford Bridge. We were in the ground early and nearly gave ourselves away at the shock of Concorde flying over the Stadium. It probably left Heathrow at the same time every week and as all games kicked off at 3pm in those days, the home fans will a have seen it many times and didn't give it a second look.

Was at anfield when we lost 6-0. A corporate day out.looking over at the city fans singing and taking the piss. City fans got a lot of repect from the Liverpool fans that day.
Also we were sat with the rags at the swamp.i think we lost 2-0 and got spat on . Twats

The Kop, winning 2-1 with minutes to go, I think Ian Bowyer scored, credit to the Koppites when they all commented on how they had been well and truly beaten and applauded City, next thing bang! bang! 3-2 to Liverpool. Typical City!

I was sat in the north stand (think its called that) in old scaffold, when rug head scored the overhead shin goal. I stood up along with all the rag cunts and they were cheering and I was cursing. I was sat with my mate (rag) using a borrowed season ticket. So had to make sure there was no lumber. Gutted wasn't the word :(

sat in the leeds end years ago, we got bashed 3 or 4 nil opening game of the season i think, we left about 5 mins before full time this guy shouted out as we were moving along the seat aisle 'better luck next time guys'

Brighton away '83. In their paddock, keeping relatively quiet. Kevin Reeves scored 10 mins from the end and the whole side of the pitch erupted. More City than Brighton.

Oh and another one. York away, I was at the side, very close to where Craig Russell scored. I have no idea how come I ended up sat in there, I just can't recall to this day, where I got my ticket from.

-- Sat Sep 14, 2013 11:39 am --

Brighton away '83.
