What people don't nderstand is that when you feel like this you feel like you can't talk to anyone you're close to, if there is any that have stuck around and stood by you. Places like this seem like the ideal/only place people can come and let off steam becuase they are annonymous and they feel like they're not burdening the ones they love with yet more problems.

Would you rather people kept quiet because it's an open forum? People like BB2 do not have the right to aim comments at those who are suffering in an attempt to provoke a reaction, a reaction which could actually tip them over the edge. Responsibility does not end when you go on the internet.

Well said mate, and well done for speaking up as I and others have tried to do.

Ok just want to say those who are afraid of mental health are the ones to make snide remarks about it the most. They have been brought up in a household were it is frowned upon to confront your feelings and you have to be man about everything.

Those of you who have put their thoughts and feelings through good for you, takes a brave man/woman to admit what they are going through. Those who can't understand but don't say anything nasty and want to understand, admire you lot as well. You want to be educated and that's the best thing.

Mental health is on the increase, and people need to be educated. It's a shame some people are still living in the mentality of the 1950's early 1960's.

So have to say to the one who called people spastics, 'GROW THE HELL UP'

They didn't, they said that BB2 calling people who support city and have mental health problems was akin to calling disabled city fans spastics. :)

Well, I used the word "spastic" but I was comparing the fact that people with mental health issues were being called "fruitcakes" or "mentals" with disabled people being called "spastics". No-one (as far as I know) has called anyone a spastic on this thread.

hes also faked his own death on another forum, he/she really is a sad individual.

Nah, he isnt popular mate. He can be good entertainment value though with some of his made-up posts. There was one about becoming a motivational speaker. Pure fiction, yet it amused everyone and some even took the bait.
Sometimes his wind-ups are fantastically good. Sometimes they're transparent. Hit and miss really.
But this one is an astounding fail of the highest order because, like another poster has stated, his comments have the potential to trigger a serious consequnce in a fellow blue.

Dont think personally he'll be banned because he knows, and plays football, with some of the mods. And they know the real person behind the fictional persona.
The real person can be sound. I once needed a lift to Brighton. The real person behind BB sent me a message offering a lift.
When I needed help with my website he again offered advice and assistance.

As for what you said bud I personally thought it was a bit harsh but fair. A football forum probably isnt the best conduit for such topics as suicide because there will be idiots about.
However, when it works - and it does work - you get one blue helping out another. And thats a fucking brilliant thing.

Not one person, is above the rules on here not even the Mods, BB2 is taking a little sabbatical from here
