Rooney was fucking awful, the amount of times he passed to a red shirt was criminal, think he may have forgotten he'd changed clubs at one point.

I thought all fines were means tested now. Yaya got 54,000 fine (according to the press) Shrek gets 170 pounds. Is community service counted against the fine imposed?

A fine or CS, the 170 was costs (court costs and victim charge)

Ok thanks, it seems an odd situation that CS can wipe out a potentially very high fine.
