Everton (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Basically when we decided to drop Pep's slow fucking rubbish we managed to score, whether it was Doku shooting or playing a fucking through ball to your lightning quick striker against two slow old defenders on a yellow, yet another inexplicably stupid second half when I thought we'd gotten over that.
 
It’s not over, one draw could put us back in this race. The issue is how are we going to manage the rest of our games
 
They kicked us...they were allowed to kick us, they hoofed it long time and again we fucked up. Oliver blew for soft shit any time we breathed on them but Doku is lucky to still have 2 legs. Doku has kept our title hopes alive singlehandedly tonight. Cherki and Semenyo and Gonzalez were way off it and Guehi had a terrible second half.
 
The title probably isn't meant to be despite the draw.

Let's be honest, over the season overall we haven't looked anything like being champions. We've been in great form recently but we've been less consistent in our performance level than Arsenal in my view.

I actually think we've done well for a team in transition to be so close to the title at this stage of the season and if we can build again in the summer, I see us as being strong favourites next year.

Of course, a League Cup and potential FA Cup isn't to be snuffed at either. 2nd and 2 cups is a good season in my view.
 
Great recovery but can’t get past the fact that it’s 2 points dropped and probably all over.
Still a good season if we get a cup double.
 
We played well first half, but in the fist half hour of the second half it was the similar pattern of letting the game pass us by and doing nothing of note for far too long… and we let them into the game.

We then clicked into gear at 3-1 down but it was too late by then.

Some really poor performances second half, but Doku was excellent.

Now relying on shit teams to help us out and I have absolutely no faith whatsoever in any other teams.

Shame on those walking out and deserting the team at 3-1, do you all know nothing about this club and how we can come back?
 
Conceding 3 against a shite everton performance is diabolical.
- messing about with the ball in our own half this late in the season is ridiculous
- donnarumma is absolutely terrible on corners/crosses
- why bring foden on when he's out of form

Thank fuck for haaland/ doku for at least rescuing a point
 
Doku was great. If the officials did their job we win that but even so, we were not good enough. Its happened too much this season. Had them in the palm of our hand and we let then back in the game, same a spurs away. Time to pray for West ham to do us a favour
