What does Semenyo offer? I swear he was taking players on at Bournemouth
I am very confused by it too. Maybe he is on social media and reading all the stuff people say about his first touch? He’s just not a low block player I guess.

Where the fuck was that energy and fight for the previous 90 minutes?

I still think the title is done and all this paranoid waffle about referees, it might make some of you feel better but the truth is tonight’s performance was a shambles and we were lucky to get a point let alone deserve anything more.
Bollocks!

Garbage. We were the better team overall, a few mad moments, weird offside rule where you're offside then you're not, and the second was a foul on Khus in my opinion.
I thought they changed it after the Rodri incident where he scored and everyone was in up roar and so if it happened again your offside as you gain an advantage

The easiest thing to do in the immediate aftermath with emotions riding high will be to blame the reffing. Yes, the Doku foul was a red card. Yes, some of Oliver’s decisions were debatable at best. Yes, it follows a pattern we’ve seen this season where weak on-field decisions have been backed up by farcical VAR calls. All of that is fair comment.

All that said, can the players really look at themselves and say that was the performance of a team worthy of winning the league? We played some reasonably decent stuff, especially 1st half, but they turned it round 2nd half and we had no answer. Their first and third goals, the first particularly, were Sunday League stuff. Just can’t do that kind of thing with a title at stake.

Glad we rescued a draw and it’s not over until it’s over, but it feels a long way away now compared to the final whistle of the Arsenal game. So frustrating.
So if everyone had played 50 mins with 10 men do you think we’d have won?

going gung ho at 1-1 was the problem. it wasnt necessary to leave ourselves to stretched at the back. there was ages left. just be aware that the crowd will be raccous and you just need to take 2-3 mins to keep the ball and calm it the fuck down.

Nice not to lose, but this year City have not put games to bed when on top.

Doku showed tonight just how good he is when he’s on it! He was world class. We did well to get a point in the end and showed great fighting spirit in the last 10 or so minutes. However our downfall is the tempo we play at… why does it take us going behind to start moving the ball about quicker. People keep going on about us being in transition etc and that’s true to an extent, but it’s the tempo we play at that’s detrimental to our title chances. It’s very poor and we can be one of the slowest teams in the Premier League. We saw it for the majority of the game last weekend in the FA Cup Semi final against Southampton, we were painfully slow and we really do suffer for it. I just can’t get my head around it. The moments we struggle as a team are the moments where we are playing at walking pace, this has surely got to be something coming from Guardiola? This is exactly why we don’t score enough goals!!!

Why is it unlikely?
Because although Arsenal might trip up, we will also trip up. I must admit to not being disappointed about that as I don't think we've been good this season and at times haven't been good to watch.

However, we've won a cup and are in the FA Cup Final for the 4th consecutive season.

You can't just keep winning everything.

Well it’s better than fuck all. Defensively we were a shambles, serious lacks of concentration not just for the goals but for every Everton counter attack. We have paid the price tonight, wonder if an experienced head like Stones or Ake would have made the difference?

We’ve given Arsenal all the incentive they need to smash West Ham to bits at the weekend. We just have to hope they fuck up somehow.
