Everton (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Oliver was shocking but I didn’t think it was a red card and the first Everton goal was the correct call. It was every 50/50 as the game went on that did my head in.

We looked very nervous.
Too many slipping over. Not right.
Everyone seemed to be looking for someone else to actually do something.
Until Jeremy popped up

Garbage. We were the better team overall, a few mad moments, weird offside rule where you're offside then you're not, and the second was a foul on Khus in my opinion.
Like you angry as f*ck about that performance , but we got what we deserved , we were so sloppy in the 2nd half , it undone all the good in the first half , need to get our heads up and win the last four and see where it gets us.

Point could be important, I can see Arsenal dropping points before the end of the season.

But I cant help but feel we might too.

You could see second half before they scored we were getting tired, players too far apart and with 4 attacking players Bernie and Nico were exposed constantly.

One thing is for sure here. Arsenal and its players and fans will have been in dream land when we went 3-1 down.

Arsenal and its fans will now be drained we managed to get a point out of it.

Arsenal and its players will now be thinking we are doing what we do, and they will absolutely do something to fuck their last few games up. It’s going to happen.

We will win our remaining games. It’s going to happen.

There will be a domestic treble celebration on Deansgate in a couple of weeks. It’s going to fucking happen!!!
What you drinking pal, I need a few pints of it.
Love your positive thinking though, good on you.

The way I see it is we've not been in the title race until the last few weeks so I'm not emotionally invested in it.
We've had a leg up from the bridesmaids FC shitting the bed but tonight at least we shown a bit of grit.
I can't see west ham doing us a favour on Sunday so for me it's done, maybe we could take it to the last day but my focus is the cup final now.
Super city.

We played well first half, but in the fist half hour of the second half it was the similar pattern of letting the game pass us by and doing nothing of note for far too long… and we let them into the game.

We then clicked into gear at 3-1 down but it was too late by then.

Some really poor performances second half, but Doku was excellent.

Now relying on shit teams to help us out and I have absolutely no faith whatsoever in any other teams.

Shame on those walking out and deserting the team at 3-1, do you all know nothing about this club and how we can come back?
We just dropped points to a shit team.

All depends if Arse's opponents roll over like Fulham, or have a go.

One thing's for sure, none of their 3 opponents get those decisions or will be allowed to play hard against them.

The PL has become a joke with inconsistent refereeing and this mad last month schedule with 75% of teams on the beach for league games.

Luckily, Wham have it all to play for and Arse don't cope well with being in control.

Btw, those fans that walked out at 3 - 1, Fuck Off, and when you get there Fuck Off again!

Love your confidence fella. I wish I could tap into it. I think Arsenal have had their slip and they let us back in. I think this might just be their time and they only have to win 3 games to win the title. Hey ho.
Love the way you say "only", they've shown their confidence can be fragile and they could easily slip up.

Moyes using all his experience, pitch over watered, players overly physical, Arsenal style corner O’Brien easing Haaland out with a sly push

Perhaps I am easily pleased but I am thrilled at the fight back. The lads are not machine but a new team doing really well. Teams are not going to roll over.

I suspect the league has gone. If so it will be that awful second half at spurs that will stay in the memory not tonight
New set of lads showing a bit of mettle. Not for the first time this season either. Bodes well
