3rd . Bravo is an upgrade on Joe.
4th . Joe hat a lot of faults, sufficiently bad enough for previous managers looking to replace him.

So to answer your question, it wasn't unreasonable that he went

1) Only good enough to be no.2, Willy is his equal at least. Claudio probably wouldn't get into two thirds of PL teams
2) Really ? Look at the stats.
3) No previous managers DID replace him though did they. Wonder why that was ?
4) Was Joe your priority transfer out at the start of the season ? You've not answered that MSB.

IF we had Joe,Vincent,Yaya & Kun next season we'd win the league by 9 points. I don't dislike Claudio,he's just not an ELITE GOALKEEPER.

Your opinion, I disagree. The fact he is here though suggests your wrong though.

PEP: Kompany trained - he’s back. Hopefully he can play and be able to be used for he second part of the season.PEP: We cannot deny how good he is at his top level. He has a strong mentality and he knows what he has to do.
