Moyes woke them up. they are very aggressive side, have a bit of pace too. have not lost at home in last 6 games included dippers and Arse both.
just beat Forest away who havent lost a home league game since early November.

we play earliest from all CL place rivals, would be huge to win and put the dirty diaper on the rivals. just before Villa-Barcodes kickoff.

I really hope City get Champions league. Of Course, I hope my lovely Toffees beat your guys, but still, I hope you get CL (and an FA Cup) I will cheer you on, but not at Goodison.

For the last time, see you at Goodison next week. I always look forward to seeing us play your team, I always have. I am just thankfull I can welcome you lot to our new gaff next season, for it looked dodgy until Moyes arrived.

Go win the cup. Good Luck.

I think we will give you a decent game, pressure very much off us now. There's a feel good factor about the club at the moment.
Played well against Forest, players coming back from injury, I can see us having a right good go at City, nothing to lose.
It'd make a change if you actually played football against us, time after time playing Everton is one of the worst games of football of the season for diving and time wasting.

We must play in the style of the game against Palace. More risky but so much more rewarding when it comes off. Everton are no pushover. Khusanov needed at RFB. I know he’s a CB really but neither Lewis nor Nunes would stand up to the bullies in Everton’s attack.

You don’t need to tell us this is a tough game pal, to say Everton are transformed under Moyes is an understatement and tbh Goodison is always a tough place for us anyway (although it got better after Peter Walton retired). I’ll be there on Saturday, and really looking forward to next season at what looks like a special new stadium, which tbf you deserve

This will be a tough game, but if we keep the ball like we can, we have nothing to fear from the Everton players.
I would probably play an unchanged line-up. It is unlikely that the missing central defenders will be able to play, and the Dias/Gvardiol partnership is looking solid. Lewis had a great game against Palace and deserves to keep his spot. O'Reilly too.

Moyes has completely steadied this lot from Dyche's tailspin - 1 league loss in 12 (away to Liverpool) and 6 wins in those 12, and that run includes Arse, Forest, West Ham, Brentford, Spurs, Liverpool twice etc.

In the bigger picture a draw would be alright, but we're on a little run ourselves (1 league loss in 8!) so i think we'll set up slightly conservatively but not like United away. Savinho to play, Khusanov also.

From the bits i've seen of Everton, Beto is a big awkward lad and Dias should be deployed man marking him. Branthwaite is a top quality centre half and Gueye is the fast physical and technical midfielder we have struggled against.

I would be very surprised if Alcaraz doesnt start, this lad has bags of talent, and i think Pep will go heavier on central mid to nullify him, with a Savinho outlet to panic/pin their left side

100% agree.

I said the exact same thing on this thread I'd love Khusanov at right back, Unfortunately I don't think Pep will play him there as he hasn't played in that position since we played Madrid.
I’d definitely prefer to see Khus at RB over Nunes or Lewis.

If Gvardiol can play LB I don’t see any reason not to play Khus at RB. Although I’d stick with Gvardiol at CB with O’Reilly at LB for now. Longer term I’d love to see Frimpong to come in the summer as our permanent RB.

Every team we play at the moment is on a greeat

Lewis had a good game? Really?

It will be my first and obviously last time at Goodison on Saturday. Always wanted to go but always had something on when playing you there. It’s going to be a hard game for us, I’ll take a point.
