someone who knew this info said they would hazard a guess of £20-30 for the home leg but seems to be £30. Dont know when info is released though.

I'm pretty sure that they have to sell them to City season ticket holders for £30.

In cup games at West Ham, Blackburn and Bolton we have had the same discounts as home SC/Members , but not at MUFC twice.

Clubs still have to agree prices in this comp, £60 to watch the tie is too much if City charge the same.

I'd stretch to £30 for the semi final. As the second leg is at home then we can guarantee an appearance at Wembley that night which is always a nice feeling given how often we didn't go for many years...
