Everton away restricted view

just bought 3 tickets on row 13, the women at the ticket office said they weren't "designated as restricted view" however reading this thread doesn't give me much hope of seeing the game clearly

anyone have any idea how bad our view will be ?

Probably in the same boat (my mate didn't ask for details when he phoned for 'em, pillock).

Just get pissed beforehand, then you'll see everything clearer ;)

unles you are in the front few rows (upper & lower) the view is shit anyway, you can`t see halfway up the opposite stand as the roof on the away section is so low,do yourself a favour and save your money cos it`s a shithole ,a ground still from the eighties apart from the old away end..

Im also row 3 of the paddock asked for seats near to the front as didnt want a restricted view.

Sure it starts at row 3 so front row that.

Yeah I thought that, looked on the screen when he was checking them on the system and they were the last 2 in the paddock and looked to be at very front!!

Has this sold out then, or are they getting an extra allocation?
After going to the ground at lunchtime to find everything locked up and nobody to be seen (nothing anywhere on the website about the ticket office being closed today, by the way, so a wasted journey for no reason), I rang up to be first told that yes I could have a ticket for Everton, but they only had lower tier left.
Then I was put on hold.
Then they came back and said they 'had none left for today' but to call back after 12 tomorrow.
I asked was it sold out and was told 'Oh no, I don't think so'.
So when I asked why I couldn't buy a ticket, was told 'we don't have any left'.
It was like a surreal conversation straight from the pages of Catch 22.
Despite the many improvements made on and off the field, cluelessness and ineptitude seems ingrained in the very DNA. of the ticket office.

i'm not doing this game, i would have got people tickets but due to the moaning jealous twats on here i thought fuck it.
i dont need the points or owt and it seems a shame i could'nt help 3 blues out.

ps.

the moaners will never catch my points up whether i help blues out or not.

Bloody part-timers! An hour down the East Lancs, chance to look through a letter box an' see the edge of the touchline, perhaps a couple of calves, seven pillars, listen to the stadium announcer 'cos yer won't see who's comin' on.

Bet I'm on the last row of the Lower Bullens. £39 quid, two thirds of me semi ticket! Why the hell there's a fair-sized group who want to stay at Goodison beats me!
