Everton away rollcall

The obvious places are weatherspoons and the Crown (Opposite lime street). On the same side as the Crown is the Vine and a couple of other boozers including the adelphi, which is a shithole but is cheap. We sometimes drink in the Abbey near the ground or the Taxi Working man's club.

After spending nearly 6 hours being led on a merry dance by the local police last year trying to find out which station they had locked one of our lads up in (I was driving) I shall be there. I shall be pissed. And I shall be noisy!! What Trains are people getting?

I'd advise City fans to drink around Anfield as their largely empty most games. The Ale is cheap and some of them serve decent food. I'd genrally aviod most of the ones around lime street their tough boozers even for scousers never mind Mancunians. Probably the best away pub round the ground is the Abbey you can stand outside, it's largely full of families and elderley Evertonians. The Thomas Frost Weatherspoons is the only away frendly boozer if your getting the train to Kirkdale. I wouldn't recommend any of the boozers on County Road as their largely home fans only, although well behaved supporters may be allowed in. I'd advise caution around Kirkdale not even most Evertonians won't walk round there me included, roughest part of Liverpool. I wouldn't recommends walking round there on your own. Another thing that plenty of fans end up finding out when visiting GP is, don't fuck with the police. If you go round singing anti scouse obcenities don't be surprised to find your face smashed against the pavement and dragged to the station and charged with breach of the peace which has happened even to home fans that have dared to sing songs.
