Everton fans last night

Still takes a certain type of person to get out of their seat, walk down an aisle and twat someone in the face.

A bloke near the corporate section actually made the effort to get out of his seat, go down to the back, walk up the next lot so stairs to punch an Everton fan in the face who was being escorted out anyway. He got headbutted in return and fell backwards down the steps which could have had serious implications for him. Maybe he will think twice next time.
True, th
From looking down from the front of the 3rd tier what is missing from the kerfuffle in 107 is that he appeared to turn round to all the City fans to goad them. He held both arms wide open gesturing for anyone to come and have a go.
Bang on, I was in 118 and watched the incident from him cheering to being helped out, he brought it on himself, If he had sat back down in his he would have been ok, but no, he wanted to act like an idiot and paid the price, the way it's being reported is pathetic.

It is natural selection. Buy tickets with the home fans, feel entitled to celebrate stood up where the other fans are all sat for 30 seconds or so giving it to every fan around you. Then even when it is clear you are in trouble carry on giving out bile so that even a City fan who comes to assist you he ends up hitting you. Then cry with your flat nose streaming with blood in the St John room as your team fucks us a two goal lead. Wake up realising that a couple of pints does not make you invincible.

However I assume the fan in he video did none of that, looks a sensible chap.

I have sat in home end at Everton, Liverpool, QPR, Palace, Fulham, Chelsea (a few times) amongst others, due to my Northern Ireland accent if I don't cheer or shout for city I get away with it, only once did have any hassle and I got done by 3 Chelsea, I asked where toilet was and one says are you not Chelsea to which I replied no I'm city and 3 of them thumped me

Sorry I don't believe it at all.

I saw a female Echo reporter tweet at least two Everton fans yesterday asking for a story, so clearly they've been after dirt to publish.

I can believe maybe one dickhead out of a crowd saying something totally out of order but I simply don't believe a group of Blues would abuse disabled supporters.

If as I suspect they are stretching the truth, they should be ashamed as there will be more trouble again in future. I dread to think what it would be like if we met in the next round of the FA Cup.

I'm not saying that incident with the young disabled fan didn't happen but if you look at the photo on the link, he's with his dad in what looks like the 2nd tier which is where the Evertom fans were. Now he and his dad could've been allocated seats in the first tier originally and then moved to the away section but if they'd just had such a traumatic experience you wouldn't then expect them to have their photo taken and be all smiles.[/QUOTE
And as I said in another thread, the access to there is via an internal corridor which passes through the vip area, therefore I find this story to be untrue as reported

Correct she was asking for DM's on Twitter for 'any stories'. Christina Criddle is her name if I recall

@ChristinaCriddle Also works for Telegraph christina.criddle@telegraph.co.uk

Now asking City fans to DM her as she doesn't want to have a one sided story
