I cannot remember the last time we played well in the second half of a football match. The penalty miss will be the talking point but what other chance did we make in the second half? I don’t remember Pickford making a save aside from the penalty.

The Everton 4 on 2 break in the last minutes of the game is simply unacceptable. It has all the hallmarks of a side who are no longer playing for the manager.

The club either has to back Pep to Chelseaesque levels in January or get rid of him. I hope it’s the former but I think Pep will walk if we lose to Leicester on Saturday.

Good start to both halves, the rest was turgid pap.
Haaland needs a spell on the bench, offering the square root of zip all at the moment.
After the missed pen, not much happened from us.
Doku looking well off the pace.
Phil continues to look like the invisible man, offering so little these days
Ake was very good at the back
Game was there for the taking at several points in this match and we couldn't do it, couldn't beat a mediocre Everton side.
Only 6 days until the transfer window opens, yippee.

Put it this way, this team of jokers with a bewildered manager refusing to accept the reality of how his style isn't working at the moment isn't getting another 20 points on the board this season.

I thought we were better than previous games - but all season we have been nothing better than mid table - this top four stuff came from our very fluky start - Rodri ...the world's best player - got nobbled deliberately by Havertz in first 40 seconds - he never recovered so his second knock was nail in the coffin - Havertz deliberate foul was the start of this really but as a squad = no where near good enough - sold the wrong players - bought some questionable one's and manager seems sort of resigned to it - so this season mid table at best - although we are in relegation form..one win close to ten or whatever...

Shushhhh you'll get slaughtered for stating the obvious.
