Leaking goals from the right hand side however. Ederson didn't that either a chance. We need to work on preventing the cross in. Defending has been a tad reactive of late

Smart pass from Leroy and Jesus finished confidently. More lovely build-up, nice cross my motm Sané and Jesus got another. Fernandinho brilliant run and cross for Sterling to head home after just coming on. Great to see KDB return and another high quality performance.

Gundogan carried a poor midfield, he had a excellent game, hopefully the gametime was what he needed as he'll be playing plenty of the next games. Jesus superb, Mahrez gave them headaches all game until subbed, Sané quiet but extremely effective in flashes, Eddie was good, nice cameos from Sterling and Kev.

Did what we needed to do. Big pluses for Jesus, thought he was great and having Kev back. Walker and Delph poor for me. We desperately need better cover at full backs

Yes injuries and loss of form in some players has made recent games a slog but we have qualified as group winners in the champions league and at present top ours, so hopefully we will soon be firing on all cylinders and pull away.

Superb victory and 3 points against a good side with some excellent players who are our bogey side.
Ferny superb but Gabby outstanding.
His work rate is unbelievable, his technique top notch and he knows how to finish despite what some of the experts on here might think, his stats prove that.
Only downer for me today was Walker whose form isn't great right now and Mahrez who needs to understand we play at a much higher tempo and he has to get with it.

A starting eleven without Mendy , Stones , Merlin , KDB , Aguero and Sterling and still a comfortable victory over our ‘bogey team ‘ .... gotta be happy with that.
