I've just watched the rerun and it looked like Sterling got kicked on the knee. The number of times I've heard "if you dive in like that you're inviting the referee to give a penalty" but I can't recall one like that being overturned - though Walker got away with one this season.Just watching the match on City+. I'm too biased to have an objective view on the penalty decisions. The Sterling one was soft and shouldn't have been given but you're right it shouldn't have been overturned.
