¨Richarlison is a top player, fast, causes many fouls, uses both legs, is strong in the aerial ball ... He is a great player. That's why they paid so much money for it. " — Pep Guardiola

Richarlison > Gabriel Jesús

Richarlison > Gabriel Jesús

Seems Pep isn’t the only one that’s been in the sherry.

About Richarlison we saw the same thing with Pep, surely others love the magic of Gabriel Jesus in his way of falling to the grass and his tremendous scoring quality every weekend.

.................................Ederson

Walker...............Kompany...........Laporte..............Delph

................................Fern(if fit)

...................B Silva....................Gundogan

Sterling............................................................Sane

....................................Jesus

If Fern isn't fit, replace with Foden and move Gundogan to where Fern would have been.

Hopefully Aguero and De Bruyne are on the bench. Would be nice if Danilo is available, also.

Jesus is already a far more accomplished forward than Richarlison, who is just like Solomon Rondon with a bit more pace.

Jesus has the touch, skill and movement that mid-table strikers like Richarlison wake up wishing they had.

Historically, not a friendly ground, and with the injuries it is not a great time for such a tough test, but if we have any designs in being Champions, it is games like this we have to win. I’d take a nail biting 1-0 right now, but am hoping for a more comfortable 3-0.

Might even take a draw, but would hate to give any further ground to the Dippers, who will almost certainly bury United!

Time to move on from the Pearce years. We're good now.
