I think it was Shamoon Hafez who asked the question about Grealish and his ineligibility due to the loans rule. What did he expect Pep to say? Waste of a question.
The follow up question seemed to be trying to get Pep to criticise the rule and the powers that be. Trying to get him in to trouble!! Sly, very sly.

And we're back. Every international break feels like a fucking eternity. I have voted win, so we will inevitably lose tomorrow.

Also at 8pm latest training gallery posted on mancity.com with Cherki. So it seems like he will be in the squad tomorrow. I think there is a good chance he will start because of the Villareal game on Tuesday. I think there could be some rotation of players.

Can’t wait for tomorrow’s game. Will be tough, they’re going to be confident after a decent start to the season but Grealish is a big loss for them. They seem to do better against us at ours rather than at theirs in recent seasons.

I expect the usual deep block and counter so we’ll need to be clinical. With Doku and Haaland in great form and a well rested Phil we should have too much for them but we may have to be patient.

That was a combination of gibberish and circular arguments.

"Missing Grealish will hurt them, but in reality they're just as good without him."

"I am basing my opinion...that fits my narrative."

Haaland scores against everyone.

A draw is not a good result.
You’ve been here more than long enough, as with CB, to know Malg posts the exact same type of post in every single fucking pre-match thread saying a 1-1 draw would be a good result and he has done so for years.

The worst part is people reacting to it every week.

Underrate these at your leisure. They're back to their best under Moyes and are clicking - definitely looking at a European slot this year and a good run at a trophy. Missing Grealish will hurt them, but in reality they're just as good without him - I haven't seen them this season, but like a lot of people in off topic politics, I'm basing my opinion on nothing more than something I might have read somewhere that fits my narrative.

So, they're a danger and we're still in transition. Haaland scoring a few goals against teams who will struggle this season means nothing really and Everton with Moyes will have a game plan for him.

Let's just take a good draw, possibly 1-1, and not lose ground on the would be Champions Arsenal.
I was really up for this but after reading that spot on honest analysis I’m switching back to Chelsea and fuming that Carl palmer is injured.

I've noticed recently that a few posts are going whoosh over your head Marvin ;)

Was "I'm basing my opinion on nothing more than something I might have read somewhere that fits my narrative" not a clue as to the nature of Malg s post?

This is the line up I’d like to see.

………………….Donnarumma
Khusanov…..Stones….Gvardiol….Ait-Nouri
…………………Gonzalez
………Reijnders………Foden
Cherki…………………………..Marmoush
………….…………Haaland
