Sav needs to step up but teams don’t turn down £60m+ for a player, give them a new contract and then not play them. He isn’t going to improve by sitting on the bench. Hes a better, more attacking option than Bernie anyway and as the home team, I want us to be on the front foot.

Hopefully longer than weirdos on the internet being personally offended by another club wanting our player, our club seriously considering due to the value put on him by the opposing club yet in the end decided against it because they rate him highly while the player himself behaved proffessionally during the process.

And no, it isn't because you "just don't see it with him". We've had some tricky home games against Everton down the years, always seem to be very stuffy and physical at our place yet the teams that went on to win the title were able to find something to get the wins.
