I'm going to be in New York when this game is on. Can anybody recommend a decent sports bar that will be showing the game. Would be good to be with some other blues.....

Ideally somewhere between Times Square and Upper East. After a quick search below are on my short list but any thoughts appreciated.

Whiskey Trader 71 W 55th St
Molly Pitcher's Ale House 1641 2nd Ave 85th Street

MadHatter Saloon, 360, third avenue. Man City stuff all over the place. Good atmosphere. Good food and plenty of drink.

Agree with this. Awesome place!!!!

The Mad Hatter is the official home of the MCFC supporters club in New York. It will be full of sky blues. Corner of 26th Street and Third Avenue, bus back uptown for you up Third after the game, or subways a few blocks west. You'll be on your own in most other bars.

Sky sports are reporting that Baines will bit fit for the. Distin is rated as 50/50....that means he will be fit, and jagielka is "hopeful" of making it,.....looks like their injuries are clearing up....................

Gee, who would have predicted all the opposition's best players being fit for the visit of City?! Everyone? Yup, thought so!

Im not as unsure of this result, We beat everton quite easily at our place, I think Martinez sets his teams up to suit our game better because he plays a less defensive, more attractive football game, and being the home team the onus is on everton being even more attacking. The bogey results were when Moyes was manager, who specializes in dour, attritional competitions much to the raggies dismay! Touch wood we'll convert our quality into points.

I don't know that we easily beat them at ours but I agree with the sentiment. Everybody wants a city win....even god.

MadHatter is a great place to watch City. Brilliant atmosphere, the last derby was incredible. The lads do a great job having raffles to raise money for the community in true blue fashion.
