Yeah, I can see that. Still feel sorry for them having to watch that dross week in and week out though. Think I'd rather get relegated and start again.
I don't. Yet another set of fans with a huge sense of entitlement. So dim-witted they'd routinely sing "You've never won fuck all" at our place prior to 2008. No, fuck 'em. I look forward to them plying their trade next season at the best stadium in the Championship.

There's more than one way to improve Everton so it's not too ridiculous interviewing both. Especially if Everton don't have a director of football to suggest the best tactics to escape the drop.
The big worry for Everton fans is that the decision will be made by a clueless board, much as we saw with Swales (several times) and Lee (Ball and Coppell).
The funniest thing is we do have a Director of Football ( Thelwell ) and like the other's running the club he is stealing a living as he's obviously not done a good job !

I think he'll keep them up. That Everton squad with a competent manager is not in the three worst teams in the league IMO. Trouble is, once they're up I don't think Everton fans will stand for his style longer than a few months into his second season.

Bielsa, second choice Dyche is the worst bit of club management I can remember ever seeing. That's like going to the shop to buy steak, finding they've run out of steak and buying an ironing board.
I think it's comfortably the worst squad in the league. They'll go down bottom I think even with Dyche.

The word from an inside source is people are enamoured with the idea of Dyche long term. They also said their is a major issue with the training facilities.

Yep kick the shit out of them, boot the ball as high & far as possible and go for a 0-0. Just a normal day at a Burnley game until VK turned up.
My view on Dyche is tarnished by watching him in the dug-out at Burnley for 90 minutes. He spent the whole match berating the match officials and repeatedly screaming: "second ball" at his team. Even his players looked embarrassed. I think he will take Everton straight down.

I think Bielsa and Everton would not get on at all. He'd have to drop half the squad , don't think our squad would adapt to his " fast " attacking style of football. Maybe at the start of a season, but halfway through and looking like relegation candidates. Not sure, whoever we appoint it's another roll of that never ending dice. I'd take Dyche before him and that's grim enough.
You can look forward to a feast of negative football. Can you beat Pearce’s record with City—- no home goals in the second half of the season?
