I'd like to see us go for Lescott and Carvalho....we would have some great options at the back then with Richards,Onhuha,Kompany,Lescott,Carvalho,Bridge,Zabaleta and(if rumours are true) Glen Johnson to choose from. its going to be a very interesting transfer window

Lescott would be a great buy and a big step forward from what we haev got at the back as for me only Onuoha can keep his place in centre back and im not includeing Kompany as a centr a back even tho he may well play there next season.

I think Lescott would be a great signing.Hughes is looking for top Premier League players and Lescott will fit the Left sided Centre back role.

He has the knack of being in the right place at the right time at attacking corners and with Barry's ability 2 whip the ball in we should get more joy at set pieces.

I'd offer £15m no problem.
