Everton V City post match

That's true.

That second half edge of the box opportunity to shoot where he took extra touches is one that stands out for me. Still love him to bits though, and he has sheer genius in his locker every game

This is the worst run of matches I have seen from David in all his time here, it is a bit of a worry, hopefully it will just be temporary and his class will return in time for the run in :)

SSN " A late goal at goodison is it an equaliser Lee Hendrie ?"
"Unfortunatley not "
Funniest wAs " there has been a late goal at Goodison park but lets first get an update from West Brom v Brighton". About 3 minutes later " was it an equaliser? Unfortunatly not"

We ground out that result against an Everton team that gave their all.

Some players below par but nobody hid away, the sort of result that wins championships.
Liverpool play them a month from now.
If Everton play as hard as they did today, they would struggle to come back with one point let alone three.

They just beat Chelsea 4-0 in a game where they had very little of the ball and just hit them on the break with quality. Outside the top 4, they're probably the best team for Liverpool to play from our point of view.
They’re a weird team though. They’ve lost their last 7 or 8 away games on the bounce. Had some toughies in that run though. But the likes of Wilson, King, Fraser etc can cause anyone problems.

3 points is all that matters.
we haven’t clicked all season for some reason but as it stands we are top! Didn’t expect that after Newcastle.

A battling season this year and if we lift that trophy I believe it’s a bigger achievement than last year.

Pressure all on Liverpool now

He’s top of the league
Raheem Sterling hes top of the league
