Well, just got back in from watching that. Everton the better side in my eyes, so many times I lost count at how we were dispossessed on the ball, Milner, Dzeko, Barry and Silva too. Nasty played well again as well as Kolo. We looked thin on the ground from the off and Everton closed us down well. Could of been another story if we got the penalty. Oh well, next game please.

Could have been another story if their goal hadn't been wrongly disallowed too. 2-0 at half time in that case.
Well beaten, but missing Kompany, YaYa, & Aguero would take the spine out of any team.

Absolute shocking. Dzeko, kolarov and Barry should be no way near this squad next year. Need a complete reshape in the summer. Gary Neville got it bang on today, now teams have worked out how to play against us, our lack of pace sticks out like a sore thumb.

I can't believe this thread, Silva is one of our few world class players. It's not his fault our midfield (minus yaya) is so poor and that he's managed by a tactical fool.

Mata is a different player and has Oscar Hazard and Lampard too feed off and have opposition have to mark. Silva has himself in midfield and opposition players can mark him, on his own, out of the game. Take Silva out and put Mata in our team and he'd be nowhere hear as good as he is at Chelsea because, again, it would just be him.

Silva and Mata together, on the other hand; now that would be really good.
