this fixture list is a waste of time for a week or tow till they sort all the tv games out ??

It is a pain to have a game postponed so early one, as although i am aware that the table means nothing in the early stages, if a team gets 2 wins out of 2 and we draw at Blackburn, due to no mid week game, we are 5 points off already.

Saying that, i am sure we put some teams out last year by postponing games due to us being in Europe so cant really complain its happened to us this year.

I imagine it would be pretty hard for them to pencil it in anywhere else as they need to see if Everton progress 1st

Apparently Villa and Arsenal's games are also being posponed because of their european qualifiers. You would have thought they would have paired two of the three clubs together to reduce the number of postponements.

Or, more sensibly, just not organise a round of fixtures in a week when a half of the games will have to be postponed.

i just think they have to look at the first few weeks if teams have to play games in euro,s champ/uefa like someone said before dont have games in mid week in that first few weeks wot wrong with addin a week on at the end of the season ??
