Watched or seen?
I have it recorded on Sky, so maybe several hundred times, after that great day I will continually watch and rewind it to the moment Nasri lets the ball go out for a QPR throw-in.
Quite often though I'll watch the entire second half; and re-live all those epic, emotional moments.

In early September we had a problem with the Sky and the Box had to be replaced.
What I used to do was watch it from the 87th minute onwards and then the celebrations afterwards. I probably did this about once a fortnight. The whole programme was repeated on Boxing Day (Thank you Sky) and I have Plussed it and obviously watched it again.
The amount of times we have seen the Goal though is immeasurable - every MOTD, every advert plugging Sky etc. So its pretty difficult to hazard a guess.
