Everyone think .. when did you last hear the term "Big Four"

Is anyone using that term any longer? Can't remember hearing it in ages.

Just the other night...my wife said it may only be four inches but its a 'big 4'

On French TV they still go on about the big 4 and they always have the badges of the 'big 4' on the screen when they talk about the Prem. They had Paul Le Guen -on commentating for the Chelsea game and all he said was the they had alot of injuries and Chelsea played badly especially without Lampard. Not one word of credit for City - so nothing really different in the French media. The best thing to do is ignore the media and keep winning and let our football do the talking.

The term Big Four is an illusion created by the SKY cartel to fortify their divine right to win all available trophies. Of course this is a fallacy because the Big Four was originally a self appointed Big Five consisting of Rags, Red Dippers, Blue Dippers, Spuds and Arse prior to the Premier League. History tells us that this is changeable, therefore, a fabricated delusion to ensure that 'elite' clubs maintain dominance. They created it, but despise any club that deigns to conform to the same rules that they themselves created. Fuck 'em.

Excluding in the later Premiership, Everton haven't finished in the top five since 1987.

Leeds, Forest, Norwich, etc were all far above you. You somehow seem to think that finishing in or around the top for three years in the mid eighties makes you some sort of big club. It doesn't.
