Everything New.

Leicester City - last year squad nearly get relegated, this year pretty much same squad win premier league. Difference? A few things but a better manager being the most important.
Pep is not the Messiah, but he's a huge improvement in what we have now. There will be a few in their way but he will get the best out the rest I have no doubt

I hope out magnificent Chairman immediately publicly states that the current situation is totally unacceptable.

And in private has told Tixki and Soriano they are on their last chance.

I think Sunday is now a huge test of the players, and if we get a performance and cement our place in the top four then just maybe people will calm down. ..........................................
If we lose to Arsenal I don't think I'll come anywhere near this Forum until the start of next season.

reading the numerous threads on here today I'm getting the impression that we will have a WHOLE NEW SQUAD next season under Pep.

Supposedly all the players are wank awful and should all be shipped out - even those that have been supposedly 'untouchable' or previously described as 'world class'.

In reality only a few will depart and fingers crossed it will be those that really are "past it" or "don't suit our style" or "who never contribute even whenever they get a start". And as much as Vinnie is critical to the team as a leader and calming influence, his injuries mean the time has come to appoint / find another leader, preferably an outfield player.

When the dust has settled, anger has subsided, the cat is allowed back in the house, and calmness eventually returns common sense will resurface and we'll start focusing on the core of players that Pep will build his team around.

There is no core, just a few pips.

Sure we can't get 15 new players but that's because we have not shipped out those that should have gone in previous seasons and bought massively overpriced players who simply are not good enough.

I can't believe they took any notice of MP anyway, why would you in a one off game if your protesting? This was for personal glory, ambition, the feeling of achievement. Most of them will never get this far again in club football and it was noticeable how morally bereft they were in the main.
The players clearly don't have much faith in the"system". Aguero dropping ridiculously deep, KDB going for goal from that stupid angle, or playing too much one touch stuff. People make bad decisions when they have no faith that "normal" behaviour will get results.

The significance of Sunday will not sink in until the final whistle, and only then will those upstairs realise that they have may'be left things a little too late. Potentially it sets the club back 5 years IMO. Oh well, we can't say that we didn't see it coming. In Pep we trust.

KVD , Sterling ( Jury our until the end of the next season ) , Nacho , and Kun , I guess he start to build a competitive side around those .

So with all this pep needs to completely rebuild talk , apologies for confirming in this thread but in the summer window we can spend whatever we want right ..no platini n stuff right ..

And hopefully he won't be a 'naughty boy', but there are no guarantees even with Pep. He couldn't overcome those Atleticuntos from Madrid, but I think we will not see such lacklustre matches we've seen over this season. The vim and vigour with which Leicester have been transformed need to be re-injected into the team.

Anyway, I don't know about you fuckers but I'm turning up this August for season 61. 61 has to be some kind of lucky number.

The manager is the problem, not the players. A good manager gets the best out of what he has to work with. If you think Pellegrini has done that then you need to see someone.

We don't need mass player changes, that would be detrimental to us. Guardiola and his new staff will be a huge enough change as is it.

4-6 players to be chopped and replaced
An injection of youth
Maybe an experienced, hard nosed on-field leader or two to keep players in line

No need to panic, this squad is still in pretty good shape. We have the money and the clout to sign pretty much any player, and have a strong academy developing beneath first team.

We'll be fine.

Oh mate, it will be a monumental breakdown. The mods will have to be on overtime!
