That would be a great read for the young lads in the system now, very insightful on how different journeys in football can be and the fine margins. Really hope he makes it to the PL.
 
Shea Charles sounds like he has his noggin screwed on. Be great if a few years of experience turns into a quality buy back, on a defender.
