I don't see anything nasty in Corluka's comments. Spurs bid for him, City were prepared to sell. I would think if any one said "you are for sale" it does not induce any loyalty with that player. He's just bigging up his current club. Good player who never let us down and he did not ask for a transfer.

I was devastated when he left, one of my favorite players by far.
