Ex players with non football careers.

I remember some City fans a long time ago saying they met the great Tony Coleman on a train in Australia. Apparently he told them he was working as a bin man there.

Buzzer had a clothing (dress shirts?) business, IIRC. Although I think he started it during his playing days.

Dennis Tueart had a travel agents in Cheadle Hulme. Gilbent Road I think.
Franny Lee was a bog roll man
Colin Bell had a restaurant Tony Towers ran a few pubs including Church Inn in Whitefield
George Heslop had a boozer as well
David Bennet worked in a warehouse

Lots of ex players now a days just talk shit on radio & tv

Adie Mike - Private Jet Hire
Ashley Ward - Property Developer
Steve Redmond - working in a DIY warehouse shop

David White was always in scrap metal, he was working in the 80s.

He did. It was bespoke shirts with a guy called Frank Rostron. The business is still going but Buzzer isn't involved.

Barney Daniels was a postman and did some coaching. Antoine Sibierski is an agent. The late Glyn Pardoe was a commissionaire I think. Neil Young was a milkman among other things.

Sadly we had quite a few who had non-playing careers while they were signed with us.
