City fans have to learn something, and that's that there will be a horde of journos out there digging up the best shit they can to cause distension among our ranks. Would we have done better with 90 minutes of Tevez rather than Dzeko against Villar... I don't know, but we could have done any worse!!!! There are a host of teams lining up to snatch one of the best strikers in the world. City need to be mature enough from Mancini down to hold onto and use each player where and how they can..... I don't see that it Mancini now. Dzeko's in not top flight, so were are we going to be when the heavy duty CL, FA, and PL games all hit us in January. What happened last year. We almost sunk the boat. That is when we will need Tevez the most..... Mancini needs to get control of his players and team..... nuff said....

But then player power wins and it sets a horrible example for the team, basically saying they can do what they want and get away with it.

If we were in desperate need maybe we'd have to cave in - but we have three goalscoring strikers who have all been scoring for fun lately - Dzeko in a minor slump but nothing that can't be turned around soon enough. Aguero is a better overall player than Tevez and has replaced him perfectly.

Lets see what Sergio will do against United .

Do you want him to not play well? Being a City fan is about supporting the 11 men on the field at any time, not obsessing over one man who is FINISHED at the club - because he is going in January even if Mancini throws him in a Carling Cup game as a ploy to raise his price.

BTW Aguero put two goals past Chelsea's defence in 2009 and Chelsea's defence then was much better than the current shaky United defence. He's also scored against Barca, Real, and plenty of other top clubs in the past.

And did Tevez even score for us against them outside of the Carling Cup semi?
