I´m not often in favour of "blast from the past" threads but this one really shows that as far as City goes nothing ever changes...apart from us being minted, having an exciting future planned and bidding for world players.

But the fans remain the same miserable bunch ;)

This is incredible. I remember those days. They were the days of ups and down. I got alot of stick here in the South West, where city fans are seen only every now and again. Its strange that in the midst of all of the trouble, I always thought we are a club which is going places.

And that would be lifting the premier league next year :) :) :)
