Any of you guys unfortunate enough to have a lower back injury? I did mine shoulder pressing 6 weeks ago, been seeing a physio who assures me it's muscular and not a disc issue. Got back in the gym yesterday did bench pressing and dips. Any tips on what exercises would be good to do, lat pull down, swimming, cycling etc....?
Wouldn't cycle with a back injury. Or do any weight lifting. Have you tried rest?
