Exercise with a bad back

Any of you guys unfortunate enough to have a lower back injury? I did mine shoulder pressing 6 weeks ago, been seeing a physio who assures me it's muscular and not a disc issue. Got back in the gym yesterday did bench pressing and dips. Any tips on what exercises would be good to do, lat pull down, swimming, cycling etc....?

Wouldn't cycle with a back injury. Or do any weight lifting. Have you tried rest?
 
Just simple stretching exercises can help try lifting your knees up before you get out of bed in the morning and let them fall to the side.then the other side,then squeeze into a tight ball.then get up.if you can,t put your socks on your fucked

Do you live near any universites?
My daughter is on a sport rehabilitation course at uni and they run a clinic there every week and it's not expensive
Give your local uni a ring and make an enquiry
