Expect Uefa , . . . . . . .

Well done Roberto, that is exactly what Jose would have done and rightly so.

And Pep as well.

You forgot to add Klopp in there. Then it would've been the perfectly trolling post.
Well if Billy doesn't think a post is about him again......

You don't think Jose would have done the same? Really? Jose is the best manager of his generation no doubt about it and he is prone to this sort of thing.

I think Mancini has pulled off a master stroke in his reaction. It gets the players behind him and a team love nothing more than clubbing together in an "the whole world is against us" siege mentality. It's simple psychology and I think we'll see a great reaction on Sunday.

I am guessing you didn't like to see Mancini doing that. Quelle surprise as they say down your way.

Joking aside I would expect most managers in that situation to have reacted in the way in which he did. I've got no problem with it at all. Helped mask a very poor performance for 45 minutes.

Expect UEFA ..... TO DO NOTHING! Just heard on Talksport that the referee and match officials didnt report the incident so UEFA will be taking no action against Mancini.

Good .....

at least we won't have that to worry about then.

Mourinho ever been knocked out of the CL at the group stage ?

And how many times at Chelsea was he robbed by awful officiating in the CL ?

And didn't he win the club you purport to support the CL ?

You can bash Mourinho all you want. He'll still be the most successful manager of the last decade, and one of the greatest of all time.

Bull f@@king shit it's about time Mancini made he's feelings known regarding decisions. This season has been a complete piss take regarding decisions. I'd ov done the same as Mancini in fact I'd of kicked the ref in the bollocks. Shocking performance by the officials nothing can explain it. Don't even need to say how the decisions would of gone had it been the Rags.

I can just see Ferguson swallowing a refereeing performance like that, putting on his slippers, pouring a single malt or three, and saying "C'est la vie, these things happen in football. Que sera sera" And, unlike for Mancini, the entire football establishment would come out in total support!

I don't understand this continual use of Slur Alex as some benchmark for managerial behaviour. I've spent most of my adult life loathing his arrogance and his constant blaming of everyone but himself when things go tits up for them. We used to rage against his haranguing of referees no matter how shit they were because it belied an arrogance we couldn't relate to. Yet suddenly we're encouraging our manager to do the same.
jesus billy, youve got your back up on this subject for sure,
i agree, i find it embarassing when a manager waves a pretend card or encroaches on the field of play with the cameras focused on their entire conversation, shows a lack of class for me. i also hate the muttering at players after every miss or substitution, i think it adds pressure, and you can see the players glance towards the bench and shake their heads at the managers reaction.
Bob is guilty of all the above and appears to be getting worse.

I was so close to apologising then your last sentence made me guffaw heartily ('gh' for future reference).

I think last night was exceptional because of the goal that was ruled out. I can understand how particularly in the context of the result in Madrid, tempers could boil over. I just hate it when Slur Alex is held up as an example of anything other than being a drunken ****.

I realise a lot of people think it was a nailed on cast iron penalty for Mario but I don't think it was. He was definitely having his shirt pulled, but how many times do you see that happen and not given. It's just football - it's a cliche but if they were given every time you'd have ten penalties a match.

I have no doubt the Ref didn't mention anything in his report, because he knows he and his fellow officials have dropped a bollock by not giving the penalty. He will no doubt just want an easy time for the next few days, rather than have to explain things to UEFA.

Officials last night were on a Par with that Chelsea v Barcelona Game where Chelsea were denied clear penalties and Drogba lost it (dont blame him).
