I think replacing Sergio & Bernardo with Grealish & Kane will downgrade the team.

my prediction for the league is United, Chelsea, Liverpool , City

I hope I am wrong & we retain the league somehow.

Bernardo had a poor season with a few great games thrown in and Sergio never played, so I think we will improve by adding Villa and Spurs's best players.

The CL is the trophy I want most this season and whilst PSG will no doubt be favourites I expect City to have more than a decent chance of winning it. Hopefully, coming so close last season will be the motivation that drives the team to go one better this season

We have been favourite every season for god knows how long which I have never understood. PSG should be favourites now with their attack. It is whether Poch can turn the players into a team.

Bernardo was not poor, that is simply not true.

He brings great energy and class to this team, and he will be a major loss if he leaves.

Agree in many ways, we are about to spend over 200m and I am not sure it significantly strengthens us as it should.

If we lose Bernardo and even worse Laporte, I would be worried.

I understand the issues Bernardo appears to have but losing Laporte would be a huge and dangerous blow.

Get Kane win the PL and get to Semi's in CL at least

Don't get Kane will probably just be cup and a top 3 finish

Don't think the false 9 will be anywhere near as effective over a season in packed out grounds

Winning 3 out of the last 4 Premier League titles suggests that we'd be hard pushed to make it 4 out of 5, but - even without Kane - we still have the squad to do it. Even if we get off to a poor start, we have KDB and Foden - our 2 best players - to return within a month, hopefully. If Grealish works out well, we're good enough to win it again - even without Kane. Sterling and Jesus need to come back to the party strongly if Kane doesn't sign.
Expectations for me - a double - Premier League and 1 other cup - could be any of them as they all depend on luck.

Oddly I’d love the league cup, 5 times in a row for any club in any competition is a huge achievement obviously the league after that anything else for me will be a bonus.
