Expectations - 2021/22

I think we've had our chance at the Champs league. A lot of great teams in pot 2 and think we'll meet our match somewhere in the Knockout stages. Otherwise I expect us to probably retain the LC and give the title a good go along with Chelsea, Rags and Dippers.
 
Compete in every competition.
Would love us to go back to back again. Need to win the CL at some point so may as well get on with it!
 
Would really like the Champions League and FA Cup. League I realise we can't win every season, next one may be one of our down years.
 
Youth players only in the League Cup.

About time we won the FA Cup, and obviously to retain the Premiership.

And the holly grail, the Champions League, just go and win it, no messing about worrying about the opposition, especially at the final hurdle.
 
I would really like us to properly phase in Palmer, Delap, Lavia, Doyle, and McAtee and accept that this is a season of change, where a key strategy is to create and solidify the role of the Academy. I think those players are strong enough to be played, one per game (plus one as sub) so that overall performance is relatively unaffected.

What and why?

When and IF they are ready they will get their chance just like Foden.

Teams, associations and the world have been after us since the Sheik rocked up in town, it does not seem to have hurt us to much, in fact it's inspired us.

The more competition the better, the less arrogant we will be, the more motivated and to a winner like Pep, the more reason to stick about and show you , your team and philosophy are the best.

I agree but I happen to think that these players are ready - they are the standouts in a team that has strolled the U23 championship. You will note that I am talking about playing one per game with one as sub and I would like us to do it. There is something magical about bringing people through and these guys have serious quality, in my view.
