What do they have near the entrances that could possibly combust in such a manor? Do they have people inflating balloons with canisters at all or?. I know it is a long shot as they have safety valves in case you knock the head, just trying to look at all possible angles before assuming the worst.

Scratch that i imagine the walk way is kept very clear and nothing stationary is there as it impedes entry and exit.
