Explosion at MEN Arena/Victoria Station

I do agree with you, but we're in danger of mixing two issues here. I'm sure we are all in broad agreement that sex/sexualization is pushed on kids to young, but that cannot be used to rationalise murder.

It can't. But I suppose following what the other poster was saying, they may have chosen this target to draw attention to "defects" in our society, in the same way we draw attention to issues in eg Islamic society we disapprove of.

Do you believe a concert like last night is a "defect" in our society?

Not only killing children. Killing a certain audience at a concert by a certain artist delivering certain content.

I'm suggesting that this artist, gig and audience were selected deliberately.

I don't think these fuckers go that deep into it, though I see where your coming from.
But the eagles of death metal hardly screamed likely targets, but they did seem and easy target as this attack also, on the face it wouldn't be expected.

The theme of these recent attacks have been unexpected targets, gigs, street festivals, etc all not heavily secured and will cause maximum shock.

One thing we can be thankful of is that automatic weapons haven't been easily aquired yet in the country and mass shootings that have gone with the continental attacks have for now been avoided.

Yes, seemingly random events sometimes have a pattern to them. That's how randomness works and how the human brain works. It's why people invented constellations.

I do believe that it is not a good thing to promote as suitable to eg 6-10 year olds a raunchy act with a lot of inappropriate lyrics. Nor do I think it a good thing to make women wear burquas. Obviously none of this has anything to do with whether it is right or wrong to murder (it obviously isn't). We were talking about what point the murderers might have had in choosing this concert.
