I think it's from after the Queen's Diamond Jubilee street party.

Apparently they were evacuating people at the time as a gas leak was reported.
The pictures look like a war zone.Awful,with people still unacounted for.

One child has now died in this now, not so funny now is it, this will be a long job so I would expect more, looking at that devastation it will take a while to make it safe before rescue teams will be able to get in properly.
