We have to finish ISIS - no question , we just need to make sure we don't set up the next one. After all most of ISIS millitary structure is made up of armies we attacked and "defeated"Yes but that's water under the bridge. Not sure if its been posted - about 30 pages have passed since I was on this morning - but I heard with alarm in the media today that Belgium being a federal state there is poor co-operation between Police forces internally and since the last attack the French and Belgian security services have had a fall out and communicate via British Intelligence??? I mean for fucks sake if this is true no wonder Brussels is the EU HQ for ISIS - When we need an EU wide response to this if the Flemish won't speak to the Walloons what hope is there? It was cited the sort of 12 month period they existed in a political vacuum recently without a formal govt whilst parties quarreled about the make up of a coalition as evidence of how disorganised the place is. I suppose in that case its fitting its one of the homes to the EU parliament.

Of course everything in our power is flattening every mosque in England and outlawing the barbaric preachings of madmenRecent attacks in Paris and Brussels are a testament to how good our security services are and long may it continue, the fact it's been almost 11 years since we saw anything as tragic as today is remarkable. As negative as it sounds I think the damage has been done in Belgium and France and there will be generations of attacks like this to come, we need to do everything in our power to avoid creating islamic ghettos in this country.
I'm sure they will in time but it's shocking how ingrained it is. I meet and deal with Muslims every day and they tend to be incredibly friendly welcoming people (much as the majority I dealt with back in the uk were).
Having said that, my Mrs teaches 6 year olds in a private school. Her children are all Muslim except one and three times this school year she has been given koran's by her children. I thought that was really sweet until she told me what these six year olds tell her, which is uniformly along the lines of "we love you miss so we want you to be a Muslim otherwise you will go to hell (the actual term used was "the place of fire").
Now if that's not fucking scary coming from the mouth of a six year old I don't know what is!? The parents she deals with are again very very nice people, but what are they telling these kids at home?
