Do any of you techies know a good free download to extract these files? I have googled and my 'anti-virus' is going nuts on the 3 i've tried so far. Seems to be winrar that is recommended but I can't get one without pop-ups galore and re-directs. If you don't really know, please don't guess.

Cheers

Where are you downloading winrar from? I'd recommend that everyday allday. Have you tried downloading it from cnet? Usually good for downloads without loads of shite.

but i haven't, i can still extract for some reason.

winrar is by far the best, easy to use, it's good.
