Arsenal are top of the table and five points clear, yet still so many people believe they won’t seal the deal and win their first title since 2004.
So what does Arsene Wenger need to do to prove those doubters wrong?
You can talk about another striker or maybe another defensive midfielder but I think what they need is someone with experience of winning the Premier League title, because not one player in their current squad has done that.
And that’s why Arsene Wenger should take Joe Hart on loan in January

But Oakie, as a Manchester paper, if other outlets are reporting nonsense it would be nice of the MEN to make some comment on the veracity.

But they actually told us where the stories are coming from and actually named the two newspapers concerned. How often on BBC Teletext do we read on "What The Papers Say" and likewise on our very own OS.All they are doing is making us aware as to what is being said by others. Its then up to you as an individual how much you believe, but to suggest that the MEN have started these unfounded stories is bollocks as I have proven. And not for the first time may I add.

City 5 CSKA Moscow 2: Player ratings
5 Nov 2013 22:04 Find out how we rated the Manchester City players for their performance in the win over CSKA Moscow and submit your own scores.

FINE PERFORMANCE: Manchester City's Samir Nasri
6 PANTILIMON Flapped at one cross in the first half, but his positioning and handling were generally pretty good

7 ZABALETA Very little of CSKA’s dangerous stuff came down his side, with winger Ahmed Musa running into his brick wall before limping off

7 DEMICHELIS Brought all his experience to bear in marshalling the City back four – likes a tackle as well, which will go down well here!

7 NASTASIC Caught a little flat-footed for Doumbia’s first goal, but otherwise coped well with CSKA’s fast-raiding strikers

6 CLICHY Did well going forward, having a hand in the first goal, but he looks to be short of confidence in defensive situations, conceding a needless penalty

8 SILVA Won the penalty, and was here, there and everywhere, creating mayhem in the CSKA ranks – showed how surprisingly strong he is, to add to his immense ability

7 FERNANDINHO Did an important job tidying up in front of the back four, and pushing City back onto the front foot, and was afforded a rest for the second half.

7 TOURE Would have been nice if he had put on a masterclass, but he was content to anchor and let others take the glory

9 NASRI Quite brilliant at times, ghosting past players, and creating chances – fully deserved the rousing applause when he was substituted

8 AGUERO Confident penalty to set the Blues on their way, scored a superb second and set up Negredo for his opening goal

8 NEGREDO A bulldozer one minute, a Porsche the next, the Spaniard went through his repertoire, and fully deserved his hat-trick

Subs

MILNER (for Fernandinho ht) nice cross for Negredo 6

KOLAROV (for Silva 65) some dangerous crosses 7

NAVAS (for Nasri 76) can’t get into his stride 6

Not used: Hart, Richards, Lescott, Dzeko

Referee: Carlos Caballo (Spain) 7

MENs links to united go back a long way. Years ago there was another evening paper the Chron that my dad used to go out of his way to get because it was a much better city paper or so he told me.

Ah so because other outlets make no comment the MEN get a pass; it would be nice for a Manchester paper to show the others up a little; differentiate themselves. I actually wish our own OS wouldn't bother as it serves no purpose.

Todays nuggets;

City rumour mill: Chelsea move for Aguero and Galatasaray keeper interest

Kun to Chelsea is newsworthy!

At least get the story correct bozo !!! This mention in the MEN came from where ?? Well read it properly. All the MEN are doing is reporting something which originated from a foreign report,so they`re hardly doing anything other than reporting an article which has come to light and likewise ref the goalkeeper from Turkey, which originated over the weekend in various UK papers :

tamford Bridge side want Etihad Stadium ace.

Chelsea are reportedly ready to challenge Bayern Munich in the pursuit of Man City striker Sergio Aguero according to TuttoMercato.

The West London side are being linked with a stunning €50m (£42m) bid for the in-form Argentine as Jose Mourinho looks to address his stuttering Stamford Bridge strike-force.

I refer everyone who reads this to my previous comments when Real 'wanted' Spanish Dave to hand in a transfer request last year.
