I think it's a possibility now. Not his biggest fan but he would deserve the credit due if he does.

I'm a big fan of Max and his talent is without question, if anyone can do it then it's him.

As they said on the commentary in the sprint race, if Norris or Piastri get Max in their heads rather than focusing on their own races, then they could very well lose it.

I feel dirty saying it but this season Max has really grown on me. He's been much less of a **** and his pure talent has shown through.

If he wins the title this season it'll be a sensational sporting achievement.

Hopefully this doesn't come to pass and Lando scrapes to the title though. Oscar had a great start but over the course of the season Lando has been the better driver especially on race pace.

Piastri forgot the golden rule, if you want to finish first, first you have to finish.
His cut back at the first corner was reckless and always likely to end as it did.

Lucky for him he took Norris out.

A good early scrap between Lando and Leclerc, and McLaren giving Lando the usual 4 second pit stop to put him behind Charles again.

It was a long time ago but it was the same with Lewis back in 2012, constant slow pit stops and several mechanical issues cost him the title.
