Max was 40 points behind the championship lead and now he's only 36. It's not exactly hard to work out that it was win win for him regardless of what points Norbert won

He’s now further behind the guy that’s on form and isn’t bottling it. The guy that’s got more pace, more experience and is the favourite for the title.

It was not a great result for him in the slightest and his odds of winning have decreased as bookies aren’t quite as stupid as you.

It’s all very close and it looks like you’ve chosen sides, usually because of country. Personally, I like to see the best driver win and within the limits of the regulations.

McLaren will let them race until a point when MV gets within a limiting distance. All part of the game, that McLaren are learning.
